3. Anti-scratch.
In the vibration and impact test, if the optical film is scratched by friction and foreign objects, it will reduce the display quality of the entire LCD industrial screen product. Therefore, these issues must be considered and avoided during the design phase. In order to prevent scratches caused by friction, on the one hand, the position of the optical film must be fixed, and the optimal gap between the optical film and the LCD screen plastic frame must be established. On the other hand, it is necessary to select a scratch-resistant optical film and perform scratch-resistant treatment on the optical film.
4. Anti-wrinkle.
In the high temperature and high humidity experiment, if the optical film is wrinkled, it will reduce the display quality of the entire LCD industrial screen product. Choosing a thicker optical film can effectively reduce the occurrence of wrinkles. In addition, establishing an optimal gap between the optical film and the plastic frame can also effectively reduce the probability of wrinkling.
